跟美國alima訂東西一定要記得登入才有回饋金唷*^^* @ ☆旅居於窮鄉僻壤在歐洲☆

小呆桃跟alima訂貨這麼多次
都沒有注意到loyalty points回饋金的制度
一直到好心的網友來提醒我
才發現alima竟然也有loyalty points!

alima的loytalty points算起來就是打九折
因為買10美金就送一點
所以說實在還滿大方的呢

因為回饋金是一種累積制度
所以一定要在alima官網設帳號
並且訂貨的時候,一定要登入唷!!!

我寫信去給客服Kate詢問回饋金
Kate除了跟我解釋這個制度是去年7月才開始的
所以之前訂貨是沒有回饋金的
但之後訂的話,務必要登入
不然他們要去查以前的訂貨記錄,是非常耗時辛苦的

所以小桃就幫Kate她們把話傳給台灣對alima有興趣的姊妹
希望姊妹們訂貨的時候務必記得登入帳號唷*^O^*

Dear 小桃,

Many apologies for letting this one slip through the cracks! We've just moved to a larger location, and it has created a bit of a backlog.
(寫這段是因為小桃大概兩個禮拜以前寄信去問的,為了搬家所以回信的有點晚 :p )

Loyalty points are only earned if you have set up an account, because that is the only way we can track them for you. If you log in to place an order, then loyalty points are accrued automatically. You don't have to enroll in a special program.

We just 'soft launched' the program last July, so the points only apply to orders made from July on. We'll have more information, and launch the program officially, when our new website goes live next week :)))

小桃, please do me a favor and encourage people to set up an account so that they to can get loyalty points. It's not really possible for us to award them retroactively -- it's too time consuming to go back through the database. We're very happy to be able to award points, though. All of the points will carry over to our new website, of course.
