在PTT網友的提醒下~~決定寫信跟Kate說
我寫過去的內容是這樣:

結果Kate隔天馬上回信,回信的內容如下:

竟然馬上就要幫我換一枝刷子
我看信以後~~忽然想到我最近有點想要買primer powder跟蜜粉
所以乾脆請她把粉底刷跟我訂的貨一起送來就好
不用特地再送
這樣也幫他們省點運費
結果Kate的回信如下

Dear 小桃,
Your replacement brush is already on the way. Thanks so much for your
thoughtfulness with the shipping fee, but frankly I'm just horrified
to see that brush you have been working with. It's really strange - I
hope that there aren't any more out there like it! Anyway, it needs
to be replaced :))
We have some new foundations coming out in the next few weeks that
are designed especially for our Asian clients - the 'Beige' shades.
So far they seem to be really popular with our testers. You might
find that one works well for you, too. They fall between the neutrals
and the warms, so are slightly less yellow than the warms. We'll send
out a newsletter when they are ready ( I hope that the new brushes
will be ready then, too).

結果沒想到動作那麼快
已經寄出來了^^|||
小桃應該不久後就會收到了吧
而且Kate也順便跟我說
Alima要出新色了~~~是針對東方人的新色
顏色介於W系列跟N系列之間
這實在是太好啦~~~
之前小桃就在那邊混色
W跟N混來混去搞不訂呢!!!
等她出新色我再來訂一些試用品看看吧
總而言之
Alima的客服實在是太好啦!!!
不過希望不要有不懷好意的人
想要利用這點跟alima敲詐新的粉底刷唷
如果有人這麼做的話
就太過分了!!!會變成台灣國恥唷~~~~
但如果有姊妹真的覺得自己那到的刷子不是平頭,而是圓頭的話
應該要寫信跟客服講
看她們要怎麼處理
我相信她們一定會盡心協助的*^O^*
